Frankly we haven't tested all the conditions for use of our product in motorcycle. In general the vibration shouldn't do too much harm as long as the unit is property attached on the bracket. But you're recommended to always mount the unit behind a windscreen (if you have one) because heavy rain plus strong wind at high speed might create huge pressure for water to get inside. Our product can resist splash water but very high pressure jet is another matter.

Thanks for this good question. The iPhone 3G/3GS model that we currently sell (IPH-1013) is built in exactly the same way as the iPhone 4 model. That means it can pass the same drop test shown in the video. The only difference is silicon lining, which provides the fit to the profile line of each model. You may order the IPH-1013 now for you iPhone 3GS. Once you've upgraded to iPhone 4, you may simply order the silicon lining for iPhone 4 (which will be available as a separate accessory item in our online store soon).

The item (RA913203488HK) left Hong Kong for its destination on 14-Nov-2010. You may check with your local post office using the above tracking number. The delay was due to the fact that at the time you placed the order we had a temporary shortage of stock.

Your order was shipped on Nov 25. Usually it will take 15-20 days to arrive in Poland. But since Christmas is approaching, sometimes it may take a little longer. Let us know if you have any trouble receiving the product on time.

I ordered my iPhone 4 bike console and it stated that it would be delivered in October. It's now October 26th and it still has not shipped. I'm very disappointed that it wil take at least 12 days. A good question. We had considered this during design but eventually gave up the idea because: a) besides the bumper there are so many different iPhone 4 cases in the market, not possible for us to cater for all situations; b) adding the space for the bumper case will enlarge the housing, which some users may not find acceptable; c) it's relatively easy to detach the bumper case from your iPhone. For me I like to see/use the iPhone 4 while it's naked. I think for most people they won't mind a little trouble of "undressing" their iPhone before putting in our bike mount.

I do wonder why the top lid of the iBikeConsole Phone doesn't fall over the bottom one, to provide for better rain protection. Now the edge is straight upon the lower half, I can see a small opening if I look at the side. If you would upgrade the design I wouldn't mind receiving a replacement top lid ;-)
